These terms of service apply to all shipment processed by or through BIGSHIPMENT GLOBALLIMITED. Cargo mishandling could be very costly. Consequently,we strongly recommendshipping insurance either through our company or throughother valid alternatives.We ensure to provide top class services that are veryefficient and ensure exceptional deliveryof shipments; however, certain factors may impactthe business which is beyond our control.Therefore, we will not be responsible or liable forshipment delay costs arising directly orindirectly from airlines delays or any act of Godthat may cause delays BIGSHIPMENT GLOBAL LIMITED IS NOT AN AIRLINE COMPANY, In the event ofshipment damage, loss or stolen during transport withthe airline carriers. BIGSHIPMENTGLOBAL LIMITED will not be liable; BIGSHIPMENT GLOBALLIMITED WILL IN GOOD FAITHASSIST CUSTOMER WITH THE PROCESS OF CLAIMS WITH THEAIRLINE CARRIER.Customers are responsible for any port charges andany extra transportation charges,including any applicable US/ NIGERIA custom, TSA-HLSinspection -CES exodus examinationcharges and fees or any applicable processing charges.CUSTOMER WILL INSURE PROPERTY.Customer hereby declares that no hazardous material,fire arms, stolen property orcontraband is part of this shipment.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT US /NIGERIA customs, TSA,BIGSHIPMENTGLOBAL LIMITED, or ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS has full permission to open and inspect the shipment.Customer agrees that all additional shipping, clearingfees and any US/NIGERIA custom APPLICABLE INSPECTION FEES I.E. CES EXODUS EXAM, NIGERIANcustom clearing orcharges will be paid by the deadline date.If payment is not made by the deadline date, customeragrees to pay all applicabledemurrage charges, late fees, transportation, inspection,storage and security fees.Customer further agrees to forfeit the shipment after30 days from shipmentdate.BIGSHIPMENT GLOBAL LIMITED or its authorizedagents have my permission andauthorization to sell the content of the shipmentwhen customer is in default.BIGSHIPMENT GLOBAL LIMITED will not be liable forproperty loss, stolen, propertydamage, forfeited or any glass breakage, if not properlyinsured and declared.ARRIVAL DATE IN NIGERIA IS AN ESTIMATED DATE, SHIPMENTMAYBE LATE.CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS GIGLUS LLCAGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR CLAIM, WHETHER MERITORIOUSOR NOT. IFURTHER AGREE TO PAY ALL BIGSHIPMENT GLOBAL LIMITEDLEGAL FEES IN THEEVENT OF ANY LEGAL ACTION BY EITHER PARTY.
