Welcome to Bigshipment. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and shipping/logistics services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read carefully before using Bigshipment.

1. Introduction

Bigshipment provides international shipping and logistics services, including storage, consolidation, forwarding, and delivery of goods from the United States and China to Nigeria and other supported regions.

These Terms apply to all users, including registered customers, business clients, and visitors to our platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

    •    You must be at least 18 years old to open a Bigshipment account.

    •    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    •    You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering.

    •    Bigshipment may suspend or terminate your account for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of our services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Bigshipment only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our platform or services to:

    •    Ship prohibited or illegal items

    •    Violate any import/export laws

    •    Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

    •    Harm, overload, or damage our systems or infrastructure

4. Shipping Policy

All shipments are subject to Bigshipment’s Shipping Policy, Key highlights include:

    •    Delivery within 7–10 business days (excluding delays beyond our control)

    •    Optional insurance for loss/damage coverage

    •    We offer Free warehouse storage up to 30days; charges apply afterward , Any goods above 3months from the day of arrived to lwarehouse without shipping will be regarded as NON-USEFUL to the owner,
Bigshipment has the RIGHT to DISCARD or auction such item to cover storage fees

    •    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

5. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship any of the following. 

    •    Firearms, ammunition, or explosives

    •    Illicit drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances

    •    Live animals

    •    Currency, precious metals, or negotiable instruments

    •    Counterfeit or pirated goods

    •    Items prohibited by the destination country’s law

As your freight forwarder we reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment suspected to contain restricted items.

6. Payments & Fees

    •    All shipping and storage fees must be paid in full before we ship 

    •    Optional services (e.g., consolidation, insurance, expedited shipping) may incur additional charges.

    •    Invoices not paid within the stated period may result in shipment delays or disposal.

    •    All payments are non-refundable once the shipment is dispatched, unless otherwise stated.

7. Insurance & Liability

    •    Shipping is at the customer’s own risk unless insurance is purchased.

    •    Insurance claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including evidence of damage/loss.

    •    Bigshipment’s maximum liability for insured packages is limited to the declared value or coverage amount.

    •    Bigshipment is not liable for delays, damages, or losses due to customs, natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party courier issues

8. Warehouse Storage Policy

    •    Free storage is available for up to 30 days from the date of package arrival.

    •    Daily storage fees apply thereafter.

    •    Packages left unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of without notice.

9. Termination of Services

Bigshipment reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

    •    You engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent behavior

    •    You violate any part of these Terms

    •    You use the warehouse address for suspicious activity

    •    Your account remains inactive for an extended period

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bigshipment platform, including logos, trademarks, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Bigshipment or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

    •    In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support to seek resolution.

    •    If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration or in a competent court under the laws of the State of Texas, USA 

    •    You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to Bigshipment services.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
